I saw this in a news article. There are a bunch of bars that are instituting breathalyzer testing at the door, you know, so people can be safe when driving. What's really happening is that these breathalyzers are prompting contests among patrons.
Oh well. it prob'ly wasn't really a good idea anyway. . .
